Job Description

-
1. Achieve Business Plan targets for the State
Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales, Revenues and Profit targets for the area
Appoint Distributors
Ensure all customers credit limits are maintained and adjusted where necessary with the appropriate securities in place in the assigned area
Monitor & collect outstanding dues and statutory forms on time
Submit all required Sales Reports as per the agreed frequency
Assist distributor in expansion of the retail network
Assist distributor in expansion of the mechanic/consumer base
Monitor & review the sales targets v/s achievement of distributors salesmen
Maintain Customer and Distributor price lists to ensure selling prices are line with Company policy
Submit all required Sales Reports as per the agreed frequency

2. Enhance sales team capability
Act as effective coach and leader to enhance capability of the distributor & his sales team
Help recruit additional sales resources for the distributor, based on requirement.
Train & motivate distributors sales team to implement distribution strategy
Work and guide the ROC for secondary volumes

3. Implement Sales & Marketing activities in the area
"Monitor and report on competitors activities (trade schemes, consumer promotions, product
launches, branding exercises etc.) and market trends
Implement sales promotion activities in the area

4. Process Management
Follow the administrative functions and timely submission of reports.
Provide sales forecast to the supervisor for the territory
