 JOB DESCRIPTION:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work Experience in Change, Incident, Service Management, ITIL Process and
• Hands-on experience with Alcatel/Cisco Switch, Palo Alto Firewall, and Check Point Firewall
• Experience with PAM, Aruba Clear Pass, and F5 Products like ASM, LTM, and APM is required
• Responsible for the network configuration changes (switch/router/firewall), keeping updated/maintaining the documentation, and inventory and also regularly review of the network performance, and capacity planning, and contributing to the monthly
• To plan the activities and schedule for making changes/modifications to various network configurations as requested by Support Incident Response on security incidents.

• Service level improvement on Network through design change, monitoring improvement and capacity

 EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 - 5 years or more working experience in managing LAN/WAN infrastructure ranging from small to large networks
• Hands-on experience of Alcatel/Cisco Switch, Palo Alto Firewall, and Check Point Firewall is a MUST and be familiar with SIEM tools
• Experience in PAM, Aruba Clear Pass, and F5 Products like ASM, LTM, and APM is
• Experience in VLAN, routing, QoS configuration and RADIUS setup
• Must be CCNP or CCIE certified or
• Process excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills & Provide 24 x 7 for Operation.
