Job Title: Social Media Campaign Manager
Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on social media platforms (META)
Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve ROI and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals
Manage and optimise budgets for all ROI Campaigns
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting to leadership
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth
Skills:
5+ years of experience in ROI campaigns on social media (Meta). with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience in all types of online campaigns Like E-Commerce , Ed-tech, App First, BSFI , Real estate etc, analysing the brand expectation to achieve the set goal.
Understanding of the ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking, and tuning various End-to-End Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.
Creating multiple cohorts as per brand and KPI to optimise the campaign
Designing experiments to improve the overall contribution of digital marketing towards business in a profitable manner.
Coordinate with the internal teams for the timely execution of various digital marketing tasks and initiatives.
Monitor and keep track of essential funnels and events in Marketing setup.
Responsible for campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization & reporting.
Highly data-oriented approach towards planning and problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
