Job Summary:-
This role will be overall responsibility to understand the customer requirement, create techno-commercial proposal and bring deal to technical closure. Roles and Responsibilities
You need to prepare end to end technology document by working together with software technology architect, customer and sales people.
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of specific solution domain, company products and solutions as well as customers' technical and business environment. Applies knowledge to translate the functional view into a technical view and architect complex solutions and deliver joint business success
You need to work with Indian as well as international customers and understand their technical requirements.
Partners with the sales/account team to build the customer relationship at all levels by advocating and presenting technical strategies.
Solution evangelist for a specific technology or domain. Participates in deep-dive discussions and applies market intelligence and thought leadership to enhance proposed solutions and drive opportunity/demand generation for solution area(s)
Creates environment for collaboration and best practice sharing. Mentors and guides new solution architects in conceptual designs, technical depictions, and customizations essential for solution development.
Tracks industry developments for specific domains by attending conferences and industry events, and monitoring social media.
Participate in India & International events, conferences and present company at bigger platform.
Should be able to formulate GTM Strategy with Directors/Software people/Sales people and marketing people
Should be able to shape the solution that is right for the customer with the right technology, at the right price
point
Conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements, as is and to
be scenarios.
Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics in front of a senior audience, including C-Levels
Compare solution alternatives across both technical and business parameters which support the defined cost
and service requirements.
Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Key Performance Indicators
Create multiple solution documents for new solutions/application using any particular product
Technical closure of inquiries/accounts
Increase overall sales from software solution sales
Work with technology team to prepare various POC and conducting various successful POC
Required Skills:-
1012 years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling
Expert technical understanding of Banking and government solutions like ABIS/SSO/PC Logon etc
Expert knowledge of company offerings, strategic initiatives, current trends, competitor products and
strategies within the assigned solution set
Strong project management skills or experience with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
including appropriate due diligence
Expert level written and verbal communication skills and mastery over English. Any international language
exposure like Fresh/Spanish a plus.
Experience participating in solution configurations/ overall architecture design and the creation of PoCs to
meet customer requirements
Demonstrates expert consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding,
storytelling etc.
Expert knowledge of different types of partners and products, relevant to assigned solution set,
understanding of company's 'Go to Market' strategy
Qualification and Experience
Graduation/Post Graduation /B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA preferably from reputed tier colleges.
Should have experience with Banking or Government Solution sales / RFP / Technical Proposal etc. Any
consulting experience for end-to-end RFP preparation or technical architecture preparation is a plus.
Experience in software solution presales or sales is a plus
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Personality:-
Ideal candidate would have a strong internal drive to build from scratch and persevere through the
failures that he or she could face. Should be an out and out performer and have a can-do attitude. Ease in
dealing with high levels of uncertainty is essential. Should be able to connect and inspire trust with senior
level stakeholders in customer organizations.
