Job Description

Java Backend developer:

• Design and Develop Customer Service APIs
  Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Implement Core Business Components
  Develop software components for address validation, POQ, and order engines, enabling complex business workflows.
• Build Robust APIs
  Create and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented REST APIs to facilitate communication between services and provide programmatic control for users.
• Manage Distributed State
  Design and implement strategies for state management in distributed environments, leveraging message queues (Kafka) and databases to ensure data consistency and reliability.
• Ensure System Reliability
  Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Build systems with observability and debuggability in mind to simplify troubleshooting and ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate and Innovate
  Work closely with product managers and engineers infrastructure teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions for customers.

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Java Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and building high-performance, public-facing REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts (concurrency, state management, fault tolerance) and strong efficiency in hexagonal architecture.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures using message queues or streaming platforms such as Kafka, deployed on Kubernetes/Docker.
• Experience building and operating services in major BSS systems (feasibility , POQ, order management, and billing).
