Home Loan Sales Manager

Min 3 Years Exp

Weekend Working & Week day one off

Generate business from developer by providing home loan facilities.
Increasing sales by offering best financing scheme for the customers.
Assisting customers in terms of their eligibility as per various bank criteria for financing their Flats.
Helping in closing the deals by briefing about the payment plans of Flats to customers.
Coordinating with bank for home loan sanction of customers.
Coordinating bank for Disbursements.
Approvals of schemes & financial product with various Nationalize and Private Banks and NBFCs.
Approved Project File from various banks.
Weekly Bankers Meeting for speeding sanction and disbursements TAT.
Sending reports to cluster manager for sanction and disbursement records.
