Job Description

Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings and general meetings and follow up on action points.
Draft minutes, draft resolutions, Annual Disclosures and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate statutory authorities/departments

ATTEND BOARD MEETINGS
Have knowledge of FEMA, MSME, FSSAI Compliances
Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors.
Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports
Drafting and Vetting of Agreements
Experience: 0 -3 years
Salary Budget will be 25hidden_mobile0 PM, depending on Interview & experience
