Job Roles and Responsibility:
- To Recruit A team and Develop a team of Agents And Advisors.

- To train and manage an off-role team of advisors.

- To Maintain Client Relationships.

- To develop Business from Sales.

- To provide Sales Support to your team and customers.

Candidates Requirements :

- 1 to 3 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Should be willing to travel.
