Job Description

JD-

Responsibility for SLA productivity, Turnaround time (TAT) and
accuracy.

Accountable for monthly Dashboard, Team Reports, Error

Reports, Quality checks etc.

Review and monitor Personal Banker desks and contract

sales staff.

Authorized Personal Banker and teller transactions

Responsible for Branch administrations.

Meet individually assigned sales goals with a high level of

quality in terms of relationships and new accounts within
TAT.

Building and relationship managing by converting cross-selling opportunities and owning the customer experience.

Enriching the value of existing accounts.

Monitoring the retention of the existing portfolio.

Retaining a strong culture of operational integrity and cost
control.

Proactively manage and capitalize Cash and Non-Cashtransactions at the Teller counters

Penetration of Saving Accounts on nonliability customers
Leads and mentors associate training on the Products of the
bank.

Assist in the development and retention in conjunction with the Branch Manager

Reviews transactions of dummy accounts, suspense accounts, deferred accounts, accounts payable/ receivable
