Job Description

Role & responsibilities (PB)

Handle day-to-day cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and fund transfers.
Maintain cash limits, ensure branch cash balance accuracy, and follow all audit & compliance guidelines.
Support branch CASA growth by identifying basic customer needs.
Cross-sell bank products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Debit Cards, and Digital Banking services.
