Job Description

• End user support services.
• Technical skill support to perform OS installation and configurations related to Apple Mac OS and Windows both are mandatory by following standard process defined by TVSM.
• Installation and configuration of client applications by following the SOP provided by TVSM.
• Technical Support for Office collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook at the client level.
• Support for connectivity related issues related to wi-fi, VPN connectivity.
• Perform hardware part replacement of hard drive, battery by using the spare stock provided by TVSM.
• Perform manual installation of patches on Laptop related to OS and Antivirus on those assets where auto deployment is failed and reported TVSM IT support team managing central patch deployment thru Microsoft WSUS.
• Vendor coordination for assets which are under warranty and AMC Support.
• Escalation to TVSM IT team for L2 support pertaining to active directory, application, etc.
• MIS report generation, peoples management etc.
