Job Description

perform initial screening of the candidates
Sourcing potential candidates from different job portals available.
Take the interviews of the candidates
scheduling interview with the management team
Follow up with the candidates regularly
Understanding candidate's needs and work accordingly

Desired Candidate profile

Any Graduate with a min 6 months of experience in Recruitment, telecalling or Customer care
Fresher candidates with a min graduation degree
knows English Language both verbal and written
Self Motivated
Has ability of problem solving

Qualification

Any Graduate with good communication skill in Hindi and English
Any Fresher with a min Graduation degree
MBA in HR/Marketing
Post Graduation not required.
Graduation or equivalent
