7. Keep up-to-date with new recipes, ensure the quality of baked goods, assist in the
development of menus, and prepare baked goods using a wide range of styles.
8. Maintain inventory of food items, rotate stock, manage the safe storage of refrigerated and
non-refrigerated items, and order ingredients as needed.
9. Able to work on Food Costing and budgeting.
10. Create SOPs for Kitchen and maintain necessary records
11. Good people skills and able to manage the team below effectively with appropriate training.
