Position Accounts Payable (Procure to pay)
Designation - Associate and Senior Associate
Location Chennai, Salem , Trichy
Experience 1 to 5 years
Qualification Graduates
Job type Work from office
Cab Facility Only for late shift , one way
Pay role On Company's pay role , Permanent
Roles & Responsibility
- Processing PO and NON PO invoices in AP tool and ERP tool.
- Voucher and post invoices that come through the ERP system.
- Handling the AP email from customers/vendors and responding proactively.
- Quality check the data entered and approval levels. Processing with agreed Quality and Production percentage.
- Prioritizing critical Emails and taking action based on the urgency.
- Working with the processing Team and supporting Team for handling critical tasks.
- Prioritizing TAT.
- Communicating with the supervisors in case of any technical glitches that wont allow the targets to be met.
- Handling Hold documents that needs to be raise any queries related to vendors and clients through email.
- Cross checks the routing process done by the team and shares the clear report to them as well.
- Supported and helped the team to identity errors and achieve the Quality percentage.
