Relevant previous work experience in Inside/ Corporate sales of 4-6 yrs of which 2-3 yrs is into leading and managing a team.
This role is responsible for both team and individual targets.
Bachelor s degree
Graduate with a minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (Inside Sales/ Corporate Sales)
Should have exposure to the sales life cycle process, including business development, customer service and execution, preferably with a new age of e-commerce sales organization.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
