Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- work experience in change, incident, service management, ITIL process and SLA.
- Hands-on experience with Alcatel/Cisco Switch, Palo Alto Firewall, and Check Point Firewall.
- Experience with PAM, Aruba Clear Pass, and F5 Products like ASM, LTM, and APM is requiredmust.
- Must be a CCNA and CCNP certified.
- Responsible for the network configuration changes (switch/router/firewall), keeping updated/maintaining the documentation, and inventory and also regularly review of the network performance, and capacity planning, and contributing to the monthly
- To plan the activities and schedule for making changes/modifications to various network configurations as requested by Support Incident Response on security incidents.

- Service level improvement on Network through design change, monitoring improvement and capacity
skills Required:
- Hands-on experience of Alcatel/Cisco Switch, Palo Alto Firewall, and Check Point Firewall is a MUST and be familiar with SIEM tools
- Experience in PAM, Aruba Clear Pass, and F5 Products like ASM, LTM, and APM is
- Experience in VLAN, routing, QoS configuration and RADIUS setup
- Must be CCNP or CCIE certified or
- Process excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills & Provide 24 x 7 for Operation
Qualification:BE or equivalent degree
Experience:3 - 5 yrs of relevant IT experience
Salary: 7-10LPA
Job Location - chennai(only tamil speaking canditates preferrably settled at tamilnadu)
