Job Description
:- To manage all aspects of project execution including
- To responsible for ensuring project is executed within defined schedule and budget.
- To oversee all aspects relating to the planning, design, construction and occupancy of medium to large Office spaces and residential properties
- To schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, MEP, furniture, move,
- To review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
- To coordinate with Construction Managers and the Supply Chain department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project
- To carry out plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction
- To monitor daily, weekly and monthly project meetings with consultants and internal partners, attend all project meetings to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as required
- To conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, inspection programs, using specified control measuring and testing equipment
- To prepare and present weekly project status updates to the Project lead in a structured format and highlight any project risks in a concise and precise form
- to participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents, assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues
- To provide technical engineering information to the project lead and subcontractors to ensure project complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instructions
- To follow up on defects and ensure they are rectified on time and within the defect-liability period
- To performs required pre-project planning, project initiation, project implementation and close out
- To keeping track of permits, inspections, and other paperwork required for the project to move forward
- To ensure that all of the details of each project are communicated to all relevant parties
- To create detailed timelines and plans for each phase of the project, including milestones and deadlines
Required Skills :
- BE Civil with Project/Site Exp of Residential//Commercial/High rise/Bunglow/Villas
- Good Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ready to Relocate & Travel International locations
Location : Nairobi, Mombasa, Eldoret & Nakuru (Kenya)
Salary : Salary will depending on his skill, expertise, education and experience Background.
