Job Description

• Design and implement online and offline marketing campaigns 
• Design (with help of marketing agency where required) marketing collateral including product brochures, leaflets, banners, product info tags, education material 
• Content development for all online and offline marketing campaigns 
• Assist in Social Media Marketing 
• Assist in developing, testing and monetizing E-commerce platform 
• Design, Market & Implement Events related to Gardening, Farming, Festivals, special occasions 
• Coordinate with outside vendors to support all the above activities 
• Explore new avenues of business development 
• Follow up on leads generated through various media, assign team members to particular leads, coordinate with customers in execution of leads  
• Participate in camps, workshops, webinars or any other sales / marketing / promotional activities as required  
• Coordinate with gardeners and other team members in implementing new and existing initiatives as required 
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports 
• Support in any other initiatives / activities in managing and growing the business
