Job Description
:As an Ecommerce Operation Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the daily operations of an ecommerce business. You will work closely with various teams within the organization, including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient ecommerce operations. Your role will involve coordinating tasks, implementing processes, and monitoring performance to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:

Order Management: Monitor and manage online orders, including order processing, order tracking, and order fulfillment. Ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability, manage stock replenishment, and implement inventory control measures.

Product Catalog Management: Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings. Coordinate product launches, updates, and discontinuations on the ecommerce platform.

Website Management: Collaborate with the IT and web development teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the ecommerce website. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

Pricing and Promotions: Assist in setting pricing strategies and managing promotional campaigns on the ecommerce platform. Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to online orders. Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline ecommerce operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability. Identify areas for automation and implement appropriate tools or systems to optimize processes.
