Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day execution of the entrusted works as per the approved plans.
- Provide effective supervision to carry out the work as per the contract specifications.
- Periodically report the progress of works, issues needing decisions from clients / project team to the section in charge.
- Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.
- Maintain the quality of works & ensure safety procedures are followed. Ensure compliance of quality, safety and environment.
- Maintain proper discipline and punctuality at site.
- To check lines, levels and marking of walls, slabs, columns etc.
- To monitor the work progress by controlling the workmen.
- To achieve the work targets as allotted in terms of concrete, block work, plastering etc.
- Supervising sub-contractors and staff.
- Maintain all attendance details of all workmen.
- Should send all material indents, equipment requirement, labour requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Bachelor of engineering Civil (BE / BTech-Civil).
Min 3 to 6 years of work experience preferred.
Preferred for the role:
- Proficiency in MS office , AutoCAD is preferable.
- Good communication skills English and regional language.
- Disciplined, Hardworking, committed and genuinely interested in contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of organization functioning
- Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible, willing to work with and through others
