Provide professional secretarial support to Managing Director and ensure effective communication in team and external
Coordinate schedule and agenda and make appointments, scheduling meetings
Taking minutes and follow up action items when required
Organize and coordinate all business trips and overseas business trips for other team members in cooperation with other M+H entities when appropriate.
Managing VISA appointments to documents and support of MD
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often on behalf of the MD, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Prepare various reports and presentation materials in Word, Excel and PowerPoint assigned
Project support and administration
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Liaising with external and internal staff
Interacting with various constituency within the establishment
