 Senior Sales Officer

Job Description

The Enterprise Sales position will drive the growth of our sales pipeline from lead generation to

closure in UK Market. The position is responsible for engaging prospective customers, building a network of partners, handling all inbound inquiries generated from Marketing activities, and running outbound account growth efforts. The person will be responsible for getting US-based buyers on the platform and increasing transaction value per buyer.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish salesforce, systems, and processes in the United Kingdom.
  • Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the International Market through enterprise and partnership sales
  • Building territory management plans & GTM Strategies along with marketing and category managers by conducting competitor and market analysis
  • Drive the Branding activities - operationally and strategically, potential tie-ups with related industry partners
  • Expertise in owning and driving Pre-Sales/ Pursuit Management activities while tracking deliverables (Commercials/Contracts) throughout the pursuit cycle
  • Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently
  • Work very closely with Category, Supplier, and Marketing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+yrs of Enterprise sales experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to account management and new client acquisition in India and international geographies
  • Proven success in building a strategic relationship with key client decision-makers, client retention & acquisition, building strong opportunities pipeline and deal negotiations focusing on revenue, profitability, and business growth
  • Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement
  • Ability to scan the business environment, understand the competitive context and the industry construct and develop internal capabilities to build a business case and a competitive value proposition
