Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidate must have 3 - 7 Yrs of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment area especially in IT who are dynamic and passionate about recruiting.
• Should have worked on hiring junior to senior level roles and well versed with IT Skills/Technologies.
• Searching, scrutinizing, screening, and selecting candidates from various sources like Job Portals, Social media, Inhouse database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates.
• Posting Job Openings on relevant platforms to attract candidates
• Conducting Initial round of screening/interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions and relevant skill combinations.
• Handling existing clients and their current job openings
• Finding new sources for searching unique candidates is one of the key roles that should be mentioned in all IT recruiter job descriptions.
