NOTE: Hiring will be on THIRD PARTY PAYROLL.

NOTE: There will be 30% travel requirements for this.

NOTE: This is a Corporate Trainer position, Training delivery experience is an added advantage.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for Trainer who could train on Embedded & IoT to provide innovative solutions for building Capstone current/next-generation environments smarter. Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full IoT/WoT training on the development life cycle, from requirements to release. Youll train

• On the development work of IoT/WoT solutions & Platforms.
• Architect, design, & build IoT/WoT Platform and solutions.
• Define technical requirements and specifications for IoT/WoT platforms (communication devices, embedded software, edge computing, cloud computing) and document.
• Works across the Business units and technology partners to design end to end IoT/WoT solutions from connected device(s) to the cloud.
• Provide technical and project guidance to development team.
• Collaborate with peer architects, data scientists to design & develop smarter IoT environments that is robust, scalable, and secure.
• Demonstrate technology & solution feasibility for high value business requirements.
• Establish best practices, document and communicate to other stakeholders.
• Evaluate solution pricing, data management, applications, hardware, and infrastructure requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Essential

• 5-10 Years of experience in Embedded & IoT/WoT design, development, architecture, management, networking, and security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Electrical & Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering strong IoT architecture and solutions.
• Experience with embedded systems, RTOS and related programming environments (e.g. Embedded C, JS, Python, Raspberry Pi, GPIO, I2C, Contiki, Mantis, RIOT, etc).
• Experience working with Embedded C, Java Script, Python.
• Proficient with Electronics essentials (power, current, resistance, voltage etc).
• Proficient with Breadboard, sensors, actuators, jumper wires, multimeter, etc.
• Deep understanding and experience with Cloud platforms, embedded systems, communication, networking protocols & Environments for IoT/WoT (ZigBee, IEEE 802.15.4, BLE, LoRA, Modbus, CAN Bus, BACNet, MQTT, AMQP, IFTTT, WSNs, LoWPANs, CoAP(s), RPL etc).
• Experience with embedded systems, RTOS and related Motes/programming environments (e.g. Arduino UNO, Arduino YUN, Intel Galileo, Intel Edison, Particle, C.H.I.P, Z1, MTM-CM-5000-MSP, Tessel, STM32Fxx, ARTIK 053, Raspberry Pi, GPIO, i2C, SPI, Contiki, Cooja, TinyOS, Mantis, RIOT, etc.)
• Working experience and good understanding of IoT Applications, networks, Device, Data management, Processing & Security
• Understanding of emerging IoT and Mobile technologies and communications protocols.
• Experience in a position where you were comfortable talking about IoT/WoT technology with business partners and business with technical partners.
• Working knowledge of Industrial IOT and IoT principles, principally in designing cloud-based, service-oriented solutions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate with complex matrixed teams across the globe
• Able to work independently and provide updates to management
• Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills, for technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

• Experience with REST, Message Queues, IOT gateways, IOT registry (Azure, AWS), Device Shadow, and IoT Rules Action
• Experience understanding the current state of infrastructure, automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL/NewSQL, agile software development process, and cloud-based delivery models
• Experience with Azure IoT Edge and Azure IoT Hub highly desirable
• Experience with Google/Amazon IoT
• Experience with IoT Data Analytics, Visualization, and Modeling (Tableau, Python, Spark etc)
• Experience with Configuration Management Tools such as Chef, Puppet or Ansible
• Knowledge/Experience with Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial etc.
• Experience with deployment/orchestration tools (i.e. Jenkins) and microservices.
• Scripting in shell, perl or python.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
