Key responsibilities

We have Openings in hdfc Life Insurance for BCSS profile.

Core responsibility is to handle Branch Service Channel Sales of Coachin Region
Adept in interacting with customers directly and convert leads to sales
Ability to motivate customers and drive them to initiate new business/deals
To oversee sales managers work activities
Provide advice to clients or customers
Analyze market, delivery systems, sales activities and trends
To assign work to staff/ employees
Conduct market research and on work related topics
Responsible to attend staff meetings
To conduct sales presentations
Coordinate staff activities in clerical support settings
Responsible to develop budgets; determine customer needs
Direct and coordinate activities of employees / staff
To discuss advertising strategies to enhance the business
Establish employee performance standards
Evaluate information from employment interviews
To evaluate product quality for sales activities
Responsible for hire, discharge, transfer or promote workers
