Job Description

Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
  • Selecting and hiring new staff.
  • Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Requirements:
*Candidate should be flexible for 24*7.
*Knowledge about the principles of customer handling.
*Proper phone etiquette.
*Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
*Strong communication skills.
*Proficiency in typing speed and grammar.
*Position requires the use of a headset and the candidate should be open for the
same.

1. Pre-Screening (Telephonic)
2. Technical round (Telephonic)
3. HR Salary Negotiation and offer (Telephonic)

Salary Range 20k- 45k (Depending on Interview)
Working Days- 5 days
Both Ways Cab Facility
