We are having openings for Channel Sales Manager - Health Insurance & Life Insurance

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Pune / Nagpur / Nashik / Aurangabad / Rajkot / Surat / Bilaspur / Raipur / Indore / Bhopal CTC: Upto 4Lac + Reimbursements + Incentives Exp: Min 1year in field sales Purpose of Role:-

Agency manager will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them. Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
