Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan for Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in infra projects, such as engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contract management.
- Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on approval and sales in infra projects.
- Experience selling Construction Chemical products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
