Designation - Customer Support Executive

Location - Goregaon

Experience - Freshers or min 1-2yrs

Job Description: 

• Fresher candidates are also welcome
• 1- 2 years of experience in international BPO ( handling US / UK customer
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Work closely with Corporate Individual/Technology team and Operations/Clients.
• Tagging Incidents / Service Request and recording.
• Answer calls for inbound internal technical issues.
• Strictly adhere to the escalation process and inculcate best practices.
• Interact with client & technology team to get tech issues resolved.
• Ensure end to end follow up is practiced on Incidents.
• Applicant should be willing to take initiatives and ownership of issues and drive it to closure.
• Adherence to accuracy and quality in output delivery.
• Ready to work in a 24*7 environment across shifts.
