 Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Area Sales Manager will be responsible to coordinate with sales partners and keep a track of trending products. Regularly take feedback from channel partners for the products and provide updates to management. Motivate and communicate rewards and schemes to channel partners to increase sales. Area Sales Manager will be responsible to entire Mumbai region and find opportunities to increase sales partners.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage all Mumbai branches of the company
  • Visit franchise owners for meetings, attend to grievances, courtesy calls, feedback etc.
  • Follow up for payments from channel partners
  • Getting references from existing sales partners
  • Offering rewards and incentive schemes to channel partners to increase sales
  • Introduction of new product launched by the company

Key Skills
Smart and confident individual with a passion for sales, Preferable from grooming and beauty industry, Knowledge of health, wellness & grooming products will be advantageous, Candidate should be open for field work as the job may require frequent client visits, Candidate should have good communication skills - Spoken & Written (English), Knowledge of additional language will be an added advantage
Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as an Area Sales Manager
  • Minimum Graduation required
  • MBA will be preferred
