We are hiring experienced for E-Commerce Project (Customer Support - Voice Process)- 5 days working.

Job Criteria:-

• Should have minimum 1 Yr experience in BPO industry
• Should have handsome experience in handling the domestic premium/International customers
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should be a graduate ( Any)

Job Description:-

• Voice Inbound Process.
• Have to handle customer's queries and help them with the right feedback.
• 5 days working
• Rotational day shifts (B/w 9am -9pm any 9hrs)
• 2 Rotational Weekly off
