Job Description

Admin:

  • Managing the office on day to day basis
  • Maintaining Inward and Outward Register for all correspondence.
  • To communicate and coordinate with management and clients and vendors and maintain database.
  • To maintain the records, registers, files related to Departments or Portfolios.
  • Data entry
  • To maintain inventory records and update the Stationary Stock Register

Finance

  • Assisting the Member in Charge of accounts.
  • Maintain prescribed financial records on regular basis
  • Checking of financial records.

To analyze Finance and performance vis-a-vis the budget.

Personnel:

  • To update the leave record of Local & Site employees
  • Salary Administration
