Opening for the Agency/Direct Channel 12th December 2019- Kolkata (Gariahat /Minto Park )

Designation: Relationship Manager, Sr.RelationshipManager, Key Relationship Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Direct Channel :

  1. Increase top of the funnel by driving periodic BTL activities to generate the prospect base through natural market, RD support & corporate work sites
  2. To contact the qualified prospects on an ongoing basis to maximize face-to-face meetings with the prospects
  3. Adopt a need based selling approach (basis the financial Needs Analysis), catering to the customer's profile and his/her needs
  4. Rigorous & timely follow- up on all prospects that are in the work in progress stage. Update & enrich prospect information in the leads Management System (LMS) / VYMO
  5. Track performance at all times in the LMS/ VYMO & strive to maximize process efficiency (i.e. meetings %, prospect - conversion %)
  6. Generate referrals from prospects/ customers and build own pipeline and increase the size of the funnel
  7. Assist & coordinate with the customers for the medical formalities, collection of documents etc. to facilitate smooth policy issuance .Ensure that all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete & correct.Track the policies that have been logged in the branch to ensure speedy Issuance

Agency Channel :

  1. Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan & activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan .
  2. Ensure Active Adviser productivity is maintained as per the plan Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency
  3. Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life and Non Life Division , ensure Non Life Revenue is at 30% of the Life Revenue Target
  4. (For E.g. if Life Revenue is Rs.1000000 then Non Life Revenue Target will be Rs. 300000 and Total Revenue Target to be achieved will amount to mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
