Job Description
Associate/ Sr. Associate Collections - Biz2Credit - Noida (US process, night shift, both side cab, working Mon-Fri)
MUST HAVE:
1. Experience in debt/ credit card collection.
2. Experience in international collections for B2B customers.
Please do not apply if you have experience in O2C or medical collections.
The purpose of this role is to lead and drive renewals in order to generate revenue through customer retention. This job requires a self-motivated individual with strong traction, negotiation & renewal chasing skills.
Taking in-house generated leads of business owners who desire financing
Interfacing with small business owners to assess their financing requirements and recommend available financing solutions
Gather information and lead each prospective client from pre-qualification to closing
Documentation process, Coordination and resolution of customer query and coordination with internal team
Demonstrate an ability to simultaneously 'close the deal' while satisfying customer expectations
Rigorous follow-up and strong monitoring of renewals on all stages E.g. Contact customers that are delinquent in payments, or Eligible for additional funding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely resolution of customer queries (Internal and external) and built healthy work relations.
Work with customers to ensure due payments are repaid in a timely basis, Negotiate new payment terms and other topics to collect the outstanding amount
Track payments to ensure that payments promised are received
Track progress via Sales and Collections portal
Maintain high call volumes, follow renewal and collection call model and performance standards, and utilize skip tracing to chase default customers
Strategize the best course of action to increase the numbers and collect outstanding money
Work as a team member and collaborate with peers and supervisors to make the department run smoothly
Meet crucial deadlines
Work closely with credit underwriters in the underwriting process
Communicating and following up with clients
Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
