Should Be a Degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering / Production Engineering with a Minimum of 3 years + of Experience in working on this Profile and experience into BOILER MANUFACTURING COMPANY.

- Previous Experience in Boiler/ Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger Manufacturing mandator

Job description

• Exp in handling client inspection level 2 NDE
• Should be able to make QAP Dossier as per given ITP/QAP
• To take follow-up for bal points during the inspection and clear it and take material release note from the client
• To have knowledge about welding quality painting quality
• To keep record of calibration of all measuring instruments
• Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
• Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
• Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
• Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
• Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
• Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas
• Provide training and support to QA team
• Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
