Write and post technical job descriptions for ITES permanent staffing Source potential candidates through databases, social media and portals

Perform per-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Develop recruiting strategies and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Onboard new employees Provide analytical and well documented
recruiting reports
