Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute production plan to meet marketing requirements following GMP standards and meet regulatory requirements
• Prepare / review BMR, Master formula, records, reports & Protocols.
• Coordinate and support to QA in various QMS activities pertaining to production
• Preparation of SOPs and training of production employees to meet the standards required
• Conduct process validations, cleaning validations
• Troubleshoot during manufacturing operations
• Evaluate the opportunities for improvement of production and process and implement in consideration with relevant stake holders through effective utilization of Manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Reducing time cycles, improving yields and solvent recoveries in co-ordination with R & D department
• Coordinate with relevant teams and ensure material is dispatched as per schedules.

• Qualification- M.Sc/ B.Sc/B.E Chemical Having experience in Chemical Industry / Food and Pharma Industry
