Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the allocated targets pertaining to SA/CA and Trade & Fx for the assigned geography. 
• Handle a team of BDM
• Initiate identification and development of new business segments to generate business opportunities through the

assigned team.

• Ensure adherence to daily activity goals assigned by the program for the team.
• Team hiring and attrition management.
