Job Description

Designation: AM Product PSS

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading team; driving value, volume & market share, and tracking price segment & internal share
    Developing systems & procedures to implement purchasing materials in accordance with the projects
    Conceptualizing the trade marketing strategies with a focus on achieving the defined business objectives across all the product categories
    Acting as Channel Manager and managing multiple projects simultaneously
    Creating E2E product road map strategy, planning & executing the go-to-market strategies
    Designing & managing all trade marketing projects and tracking the performance of the projects
    Driving projects like New Product Launches, Second promotions, EOL
    Formulating BTL strategies and designing innovative promotion activities
    Collaborating with various other departments for various marketing plans roll-out & execution
    Analyzing the industry size as per the price segment calculation
    Deciding on the product margins as per the market competition and adjusting margins accordingly Framing and executing the special model incentive scheme; analyzing and tracking its performance regularly
    Steering branding/ merchandising activities and facilitating process standardization
    Aligning the trade marketing initiatives with brand management by considering the respective feedback & suggestions and working on the same
    Steering business planning and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment, and hosting of constructive meetings
    Building and implementing a highly collaborative comprehensive strategy across regions with the channel partners
    Training channel partner staff; developing channel-wide demand generation programs and tracking results of the same
  • Accountable for Sales and Distribution of the entire area.
    Sales Target by managing the sales & Business of Various Models.
    Handling Smartphone & Accessory business revenue of Monthly.
    Supervised Sales and Business Development Activities, Operating & Sales Budget Executions, Career Planning, and Talent development of Team Members.
    Taking Care of Channel partners with Dealer Base, ensuring the Distribution Hygiene.
    Ensuring stock norms and aging are followed at Dealers and Distributor Points.
    Preparing Product Roadmap ensuring Sales Target Achievement. (Sales Forecasting & Planning).
    Plan and Execute GTM strategies in accordance with Market Competition Behaviour.
    Accountable for Product Life Cycle Management- New Product launch & End of the life cycle.
    Taking care of the Positive ROI of the Distributor and providing proper guidance from time to time.
    Driving Model wise/color wise Primary, Secondary and Tertiary.
    Increasing the credibility and Dealer Awareness by Branding Promotional activities, repeated Dealer visits & Complete Territory thereby ensuring Growth in Sales & Revenue.

Experience: 2- 3 Yrs.
Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
Preference will be given to candidates from Telecom Industry

Immediate joiners will be prefered
Age: less than 32
