No. of positions: 1We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by posting ads on different job boards and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans & schedule meetings with directors for workflow overview & induction program.
- Maintain employee documentation for company personnel records as per policy and legal requirements
- Ensure employee records are up to date and send reminders to employees to keep their personal information in all digital accounts( UAN portal, Bank accounts..) updated.
- Assign logistic assets (access card, Id card & locker key) to the new hire and maintain the records.
- Conduct exit interviews during the termination process & get feedback from employees.
- Handling employee grievance/ employee counselling as and when it comes.
- Manage & coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary processing. Ensure all new hires get login credentials for the HR portal.
- Keep track of employee attendance & monitor the leaves on a daily basis.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Providing reports of new hires, and employee headcount/ salary details on a monthly basis
- Assist management in the annual performance appraisal system and maintain the records confidentially.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Assess training needs to apply and conduct training programs to mid-level managers.
- Handling employee concerns (EPF, insurance etc) and redirecting them to the right POC; and escalating them as required
- Raising requests for all logistics arrangements & access.
- Review policy on a periodic basis or as & when business needs changes. Update the P&P document and circulate it to employees.
- Nurture a positive working environment & make sure the employee gets all the facilities provided by the management.
- Manage employee benefits program (health insurance, referral bonus..etc)
- Conducting Employee engagement activities like Fun events, outings, team lunch etc..
