Job Description

Preparation of Periodic Business related Reports such as:
1. Product-wise performance reports
2. Variance reports
3. Budgets Vs. Actual performances
4. Payout computations
Tracking productivity of Retail Branches, generating periodic performance scorecards for sales / Recovery teams
Calculations of various ratios on Periodic basis
Preparation of customised MIS related to Asset/ Liabilities Management and convey the same
Preparation of MIS reports for Branch Managers performance Review Meetings
Analysing and inferring data trends and making observations
Preparation of various Financial Statements on Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly basis for submission to regulatory authorities
Collecting inputs and preparing Presentations for various meetings with stake holders
Preparation of performance reports of the bank
Co-ordination with stakeholders / departments for smooth functioning

Skills Required:

Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Presentation)
Good understanding of business dynamics - detail oriented
Good analytical skills
