JOB PROFILE Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide all technical support required for networking operations in terms of firewalls, data switches, router, network management, hardware, software, networking, interface etc.
- Responsible for proactively recognizing technical issues affecting the production and resolving possible performance problems
- Maintaining network documentation and records of all controlled changes to network and network services
- Troubleshoot and restore network problems and in accordance with original equipment manufacturers specifications.
- Monitoring Network for performance and utilization, and report network status on a periodic basis
- Work with the vendors and service providers to resource, install and commission equipment/solutions as per project plans
- Prepare contingency plans for system failures

JOB PROFILE- Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall Network & Security Infrastructure of customers
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting routers, switches and firewalls from various original equipment manufacturers
- Perform Customer sustenance calls Per Day, any activity attended on a system including Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, system administration activity is treated as one call
- Call/Issue closure within SLA
- Provide support in implementing operational procedures
- Perform technical validation of any submitted change request to ensure the integrity of the customer's network is maintained
- Provide technical advice and supervision to Network Engineers and others as and when required for Customers, so as to develop their capabilities and ensure customer service standards are met
- Should ensure Timely escalation to next level if he/she is unable to diagnose the problem within stipulated SLA hours of working on the problem
- Document all change request activity for all customer, which include scope of work, risk assessment, test plans and fallback plans wherever appropriate
- Attend Customer Service Review Meetings when required to do so, to assist the Account Manager with technical interface to the customer
- Maintain and develop technical competence, seeking and applying relevant training opportunities, self learning
