Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor degree of agriculture/Agribusiness Management/ Rural Marketing/ PGDRM or equivalent with a 7-8 Year work experiences.
About US: Shakti Agritech Farming and Livelihood (SAFAL), a development organisation working since 2010 for promotion of sustainable livelihoods. It's headquartered at Bhopal Madhya Pradesh) and works with more than 30,000 rural holds in 2 States 25 Districts and 415 Villages.
SAFAL worked with SFAC for promotion and nurturing of 50 FPOs in 50 blocks of two states namely : MP and UP. We are Cluster based business organization (CBBOs) for promotion and development of FPOs, under the CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SCHEME (Ministry Of Agriculture) of 10000 FPOs promotion. Formation of producer groups and hence federating them in a producer company has been introduced as a key strategy for collective marketing of the produce. Under the project Farmer Producer Companies (FPC) have been constituted at Block/ District level with an aim to promote collective inputs procurement to benefit producers associated.

Purpose of the position:
Effectively and efficiently facilitate Implementation of FPO interventions at the project level to ensure that communities are empowered for sustainable development and they contribute to business development outcome as per SFAC (Ministry of Agriculture) standards.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and reporting of planned activities
Participate in planning and budgeting, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community level engagements.
Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars.
Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities.
Facilitate stakeholders and partners in supervision and monitoring of programmatic activities.
Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annually.
Maintain and update Database on a monthly basis.
Develop Training Module
Documentation of evidence-based impact stories.
2. Community engagement and advocacy
In collaboration with particular FPOs Management, sensitize community empowerment through TEAM approach by organizing commercial producer groups (CPG) and formation of commercial villages.
Mobilize and facilitate active participation of BODs and their members communities to participate in planning, monitoring and implementation and evaluation of community development initiatives.
Build the capacity of BODs, Shareholders and management team to collectively engage lead farmers on identified issues.
Follow-up on FPO management team by BODs on improvement of the wellbeing of FPOs.
3. Monitoring of the performance of environmental conservation groups
Support development of integrated monitoring plan in assigned area with area stakeholders
Organize reflection meetings at the local level to assess progress in Project implementation
Facilitate communities/BODs to identify barriers to effectively run FPO.
