Designation: IT Executive (Desktop Support Engineer)

Location: Malad Mindspace.

Company profile-

We are an International BPO located at Malad Minds pace, looking for an IT executive. We Currently serving UK/US clients and Domestic Clients.

Shift timing- Rotational Shift

job responsibilities:

1) Desktop support engineer.

2) Knowledge in Hardware, software and networking.

3) Basic knowledge in Server management.

4) Support, up keeping and maintenance of all hardware and software used by company.

5) Installation and implementation of new CRM and softwares for various originated demands.

6) Excel and MIS proficiency for lead management and database management.

Information Technology Executive Qualifications/Skills:

• Technical management
• Technical understanding
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving
• Data center management
• Coordination
• Team player & punctual

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or a relevant Diploma in a computer field.
• Six months to one year of experience in IT field. Freshers are welcome too.
