JOB TITLE: Sr Developer/Team Lead/Tech Lead/Experience: 5 years to 15 years

• Location: PAN India (Will have to relocate to Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad,Pune, once the office reopens)
• Career break of 2 Yrs above
• Experience in Development (Sr Developer/ Tech Lead/Team Lead/Project Manager) for any of the following Technical skills:
• Java,J2EE
• .NET,C#,ASP.NET
• C,C++,embedded
• ETL Development,Informatica,Cognos,Datastage
• AWS/AZURE.GCP.
  SAP ABAP Technical Consultant
• Strong communication skills, confidence and clear articulation
• Avid Learner
• Passion about improvement in ways of working
  
• Added Advantage
• Holding Agile certifications (CSM, CSD, SA , PSM or any equivalent)
• Minimum 6 months experience in Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
• Knowledge in SDLC Life Cycle
• Their understanding in agile vs waterfall program execution
• Basic understanding in Scrum framework
• Situational questions related to team conflicts , team performance , team building, good team players, potential to get groomed for Agile Mindset based on the experience in Agile Program/ Project
• Green field application development experience
• Ability to build self organizing team, High performing teams
• What they did to upskill themselves during break
• Ability to handle dependency , Risk in the programs
