Roles and Responsibilitie

Preparing Sales budget, targets and Sales forecast in co-ordination with the Team.

Devising sales strategies in co-ordination with the Closing and Sourcing Sales teams to achieve the set target.
3
Devise plan for the events/ launch/ marketing activities at Site or otherwise.
4
Interact with the Sourcing Teams for walk-ins at sites.
5
Attend and interact with Customers/ Channel Partners for resolving their issues/ Sales closures, if any.
6
Seek and update with the latest market information/ competition information and circulate relevant information down-line.
7
Co-ordinate with the Project Head for project development.
8
Motivate and guide the team regularly.
9
MIS generation.
