Job Description
Post- graduate with specialization in HR having deep knowledge and adequate experience in Strategic HR, Policies & Manual designing, Growth strategy and other HR functions. Selected candidate will be reporting to the GM, Finance and Administration.
Right candidate should have experience in:
- Handling Induction, Benefits sessions, Employee Lifecycle Management, Off boarding and handling HR related queries.
- HR Policy formulation and drafting, Performance Management, other general HR practices and related aspects.
- Drafting JD.
- Organization Structure and title matrix designing.
- Non IT recruitment, Attendance, Payroll management, Employee Induction, training coordination, statutory compliance.
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of data analysis in Excel, and Power point presentation etc.
- Very good communication skills in English (Verbal and Written), Hindi and Kannada.
- Pleasing personality with ability to participate in events / variety of audience in an interactive manner.
This is a contractual position, currently open for one year and further extensions will be based on suitability / merits of the selected candidate
Compensation will be based on the EQ and experience.
