We have an urgent opening For Desktop Laptop Support Engineer / Technical support / Exp.

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY.

Designation : Network Support / Technical Support Analyst /Sr.Technical Support Associate/ Process Associate/ Sr Process Associate/ Technical Advisor / TSR / TSO / CCNA / TSE / Troubleshooting.

Job Summary:


BE /BSc /BCA engineers with minimum 1 to 5 years of experience and Cisco certified (CCNA)
Very good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity
Experience with Cisco routers, switches and security devices
Ideal candidate should have experience Routing & Switching & Security
If experienced in routing and switching the candidate should possess skills in the areas of troubleshooting enterprise networks with the following technologies
Routing Static routes, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
Switching STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, EtherChannels
IP Addressing & Subnetting
WAN MPLS, SDN circuits and interface related issues such as QoS, errors, discards, etc
Firewall Access list , Stateful Inspection, NAT
VPN, Tunneling
Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Experience in working in a network operations center is preferred.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and process is required
Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
Effective skills and experience analyzing technology behavior and issue resolution
Liaise with TAC, vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution-ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment that includes a global focus
Experience using Trouble ticketing tools such as Service now/remedy for handling trouble tickets


Other Requirements:


Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player
Strong technology background is required
Should be flexible with rotational Shifts
