Responsibilities:
Developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for the govt market segment
Liaising with govt department
Generating sales and meeting monthly targets
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define requirements of govt dept.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Executing promotional activities
Compiling and sharing financial and statistical information of the market
Organizing events and product exhibitions
Maintaining databases and their requirements
Reporting
Monitoring market trends and performance
Managing campaigns offline and online through social media along with the branding department
Managing customer relationships
Ensuring timely payments
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of marketing/sales experience in govt sales
Bachelors/Masters in Marketing
Excellent negotiation skills
Proactive learner and go-getter
Good teamwork, communication, organizational and planning skills
Strong networking ability
Adaptable, flexible & active
Fieldwork know-how
Attentive to details
System & data-driven
In-depth market knowledge
PVC/WPC industry experience would be a bonus
Advance excel is preferred
Willing to travel across an assigned area of operation
