Roles and Responsibilities

  • Good work experience in Recruitment Life cycle from Sourcing to On boarding.
  • Must have 5 - 8 years of experience in recuitment
  • Must be versed enough with SAP profiles sourcing
  • Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites.
  • Should be able to do campus drives and mass recruitment drives.
  • Should have team handling skills
  • Must have strong presentation and communication Skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills in Publishing various Recruitment reports and dashboards
  • Publishing dashboards on weekly/monthly basis to Management
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data being reported and published
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
  • Establish a strong collaborative way of feedback mechanism to solve difficult mandates with a focus on meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements to conduct position searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be target driven and must be able to close positions in a time pressured environment.
  • Conduct pre-screen technical interviews with candidates
  • Ability to maintain a steady stream of candidates in the pipeline
  • Must have strong experience in IT Hiring
  • Coordinate with Stream leaders to forecast department hiring needs
  • Must be able to use multiple search portals to produce results-driven

Use of appropriate systems to track candidates through the recruiting process, as well as data tracking of all open positions
